Ybor 7th Avenue Rebricking
Take a step back in time without needing a time machine by visiting Ybor City’s 7th Avenue. The city has recently completed a major project to rebrick this vibrant street, restoring it to its historic charm from 60 years ago. Approximately 80,000 historic bricks from Tampa’s preserved supply have been laid between 15th and 17th streets. This initiative, funded by the Community Redevelopment Agency, aims to smooth traffic flow and enhance the area’s walkability.
