The coming year is likely to bring higher toll expenses for frequent Florida toll road travelers

TAMPA, Fla. — Frequent users of Florida’s toll roads should brace for increased costs this year, following the expiration of the state’s toll relief credit program.

The toll relief credit, which concluded on Monday, used to offer SunPass or E-PASS users a 50% refund as a credit to their accounts if they had more than 35 monthly transactions on toll roads.
