It’s not every day that a world-renowned celebrity gets to be mayor for the day, but with this offer, Swift could find herself in a position of power she never imagined. “We know Glendale changed its name, Arlington made a street sign, and Vegas illuminated their Gateway Arches,” Castor said in a video posted to the city’s Instagram. “But here in Tampa, we’ve got a reputation to uphold… and we want to go bigger.”
