As Fire Prevention Week 2024 approaches, Tampa Fire Rescue is ramping up efforts to ensure the safety of every home in the city. Running from October 6-12, this year’s theme, “Smoke Alarms: Make them work for you”, emphasizes the life-saving importance of having functioning smoke alarms installed in every residence.
In a fantastic community initiative, Tampa Fire Rescue, in partnership with the American Red Cross of Central Florida, is offering free smoke alarm installations across various Tampa neighborhoods.
