This dynamic duo, known for their hospitality prowess, is set to create a dining experience that will captivate both locals and visitors alike.The new venture, situated on a 1.69-acre parcel leased from MAA, will be nestled next to Salt Shack on the Bay.
This 8,000-square-foot establishment promises to be a culinary haven, offering over 300 seats and serving up coastal fare in a relaxed atmosphere. The project is poised to become a significant economic driver, generating between 100 to 150 new jobs in the area.While still in its design phase and yet to be named, this restaurant is shaping up to be a sunset celebration spot. With its western-facing views of Tampa Bay, diners will be treated to breathtaking vistas as they enjoy their meals.
